1. How to install the app
Hlebushek is available on Android, iPhone, Windows, macOS and Linux. All download links and instructions are on the downloads page:
- Android — Google Play or APK from our website;
- iPhone and Mac — TestFlight (link available in your account after sign-up);
- Windows — installer from our website;
- Linux — package and install commands on the downloads page.
Open the downloads page: hlebushek.com/download.
If you already have an account, sign in to the app the same way you signed in on the website — email/password, Telegram or access key.
2. Can't connect — what to do
One of the steps below usually helps. Try them in order:
- Restart the app. Close it fully and open again — this fixes most temporary issues.
- Switch the connection profile. The app ships with several profiles — try a different one. If you're on "Standard", try "Fast" or "Strong bypass".
- Check your internet without the app. With the connection turned off, open any website in your browser — is there any internet at all?
- Reinstall the app. Uninstall and install again — this helps if app data got corrupted.
- Contact us. If nothing helps — message @hlebushek_sup. Include the app version, platform and which profile fails.
The app has a "Report a problem" button — it automatically attaches the version, platform and current profile. That's the fastest way to reach us — we get the context with the very first message.
3. How to pay and renew
All subscription actions are in your account, under the "Plan" section.
Payment methods
- Cryptocurrency via NOWPayments — USDT, BTC, ETH and others;
- Bank card via Wata.pro — for users in Russia.
When does my subscription expire
The expiry date is always shown in your account under "Plan". A few days before expiry we'll send you a reminder via the Telegram bot and/or email — depending on your notification settings.
Paid but subscription not activated
In 99% of cases this is a delay on the payment provider side — please wait 10–30 minutes. If it still doesn't activate — message @hlebushek_sup with the payment method and the time of payment. We'll find the transaction and activate the subscription manually.
Refunds
You can get a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service didn't work for you. Details are in the terms.
4. Security and data privacy
In short — what we have and what we don't:
- We don't store your IP address — it's discarded right after the request is processed;
- We can't see the contents of your traffic — the connection is encrypted on your device;
- We don't store full URLs — only destination host and port, and only for 7 days (for support and diagnostics);
- No ad trackers, no Google Analytics, no Yandex Metrika — neither on the website nor in the app;
- Payments go through NOWPayments / Wata.pro — we don't see your card number, passport or full name;
- You can delete your account anytime — the button in your account wipes all your data and revokes access.

★ What to include in your message
To help us solve your issue on the first reply, please include where possible:
- App version — shown in the app under "About";
- Platform — Android, iPhone, Mac, Windows or Linux;
- Connection profile — which one isn't working;
- When it started — today, after yesterday's update, etc.;
- Screenshot or a short video if something looks off.
